Lab armor bead baths are a significant upgrade over the familiar laboratory water bath. The beads are easy to clean, do not require regular maintenance and reduce the risk of liquid contamination.
The lab armor bath differs in construction from a traditional water baths. Because water is an excellent conductor of heat energy, it suffices to have a single heating element for the unit.
Bead baths require elements to be placed on all sides of the unit to produce a thermal envelope that is highly uniform across the entire bath.
Pairing a bead bath with lab armor beads is an excellent choice.
